• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid government-issued ID for number transfer
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Number Purchase Terms

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Number availability is confirmed only after payment verification
• Transfer of number ownership follows respective telecom operator guidelines
• Buyer is responsible for completing KYC requirements with the operator

5. Vendor Terms

Vendors listing numbers on our platform must:

• Provide accurate information about the numbers they list
• Ensure they have legal ownership or authority to sell the numbers
• Maintain valid bank account details for receiving payments
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Not list numbers that are blocked, blacklisted, or involved in any illegal activities

6. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash
• Full payment is required before number transfer
• Commission rates are pre-agreed between admin and vendor
• Vendor payments are processed within 7 working days after successful sale

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Listing stolen or illegally obtained numbers
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to bypass our payment system
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harassing other users or vendors

8. Limitation of Liability

SirfVIPNumbers.com acts as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:

• Disputes between buyers and vendors
• Operator-related issues during number transfer
• Any indirect or consequential damages

10. Governing Law
